UAT Manager

Project overview

As UAT Manager, you coordinate User Acceptance Testing within a large data program with multiple migration waves.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and maintain the UAT strategy, test framework, and governance model
• Record timelines, milestones, and entry and exit criteria
• Coordinate readiness assessments prior to testing
• Monitor progress and test coverage within all squads
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Report on execution progress via dashboards
• Drive prioritization of major and critical defects across squads
• Escalate structural issues to the appropriate bodies
• Verify that exit criteria have been met and coordinate the sign-off process
• Advise on acceptance and production readiness
• Inform program management about progress, risks, and decisions made
• Facilitate decision-making in case of conflicting priorities
• Several years of experience in managing extensive UAT processes involving various teams and stakeholders
• Solid foundation in test methodologies, defect management, and quality governance
• Experience with testing and tracking defects in JIRA
• Strong communication skills and drive in stakeholder management, both towards executors and management
• Good at planning, coordinating, and escalating issues in a timely manner
• Experience in balancing quality, risk, and deadlines in complex transformation programs
• Preferred: background in UAT within data migrations or data programs consisting of multiple migration waves
• Preferred: knowledge of setting up dashboards and reporting to steering committees
