Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior User Researcher for a long-term consulting assignment focused on supporting prioritized product initiatives in a fast-paced digital environment.

In the role, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and conducting user research that provides concrete insights and influences product strategy and UX decisions. You will work with both exploratory and evaluative research, combining qualitative insights with quantitative data and behavioral data.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, data science, and development, and are expected to independently tackle unclear issues, structure research needs, and translate results into clear and useful recommendations. The role also involves presenting insights to senior stakeholders and contributing to creating a cohesive picture of user needs across multiple initiatives.

You are self-sufficient, pragmatic, and comfortable with unclear conditions. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new contexts, build trust, and create structure in complex issues.

• You have solid experience in User Research in digital product development.
• You have a relevant academic background in areas such as HCI, cognitive psychology, social sciences, or equivalent.
• You have experience with multiple research methods, such as ethnography, contextual interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
• You have experience combining qualitative results with quantitative data or behavioral data.
• You have a good understanding of UX and systems thinking.
• You have experience working independently in complex and changing product environments.
• You have very good communication skills and are comfortable in dialogue with senior stakeholders.
• You have experience with consumer-facing digital products or fast-paced technology environments.
• You have experience from consulting or other environments with a high pace and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• You have experience with AI-supported research tools or methods.
