Project overview
Context
A large international industrial group, a benchmark in aeronautics, is strengthening its central UX, Ergonomics & Human Factors team at its site in the Pau region. The objective is to improve the user experience of its digital tools and solutions with a resolutely user-centered approach.
Profile sought: someone who asks a lot of questions. This is intentional and is even the manager's primary criterion.
Your mission
- Gather and analyze user needs, challenging the initial request
- Conduct field studies, interviews, and collaborative workshops
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback
- Support project teams in integrating good UX practices
- Participate in the continuous improvement of digital tools and services
