UX Researcher (interim)

Project overview

As a UX Researcher, you will contribute to research on the digitalization of central examinations within a team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Collaborating with OCW, CvTE, and Cito on research into digital examination administration
• Conducting qualitative research among approximately 30 schools with diverse experiences
• Preparing the research by determining questions, scenarios, and target groups
• Gathering insights from conversations with clients and presenting them to principals
• Collaborating with a business analyst in processing the research results
• 5 years of relevant experience at HBO level
• 5 years of experience in UX interaction design / UX design
• Demonstrable experience in human-centered design, customer journeys, user stories, scenarios, screen flows, wireframes, prototyping, and service design, verifiable in an online portfolio
• Skill in setting up and guiding sessions with groups
• Experience in guiding human-centered design processes in multidisciplinary scrum teams
• Experience with Agile working, DevOps teams, and Scrum/Kanban
