This assignment focuses on a research question regarding the digitization of central exams. The goal is to gain insight into the challenges schools face with infrastructure, devices, and other resources needed for digital exams. In addition, any bottlenecks will be inventoried to determine the feasibility of further digitization of exams in the coming four years.

- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team with representatives from DUO, OCW, CvTE, and Cito.
- Conduct qualitative research among approximately 30 schools.
- Prepare research, including determining research questions, scenarios, and target groups.
- Interview schools and other stakeholders and gather insights.
- Translate research results into clear and engaging reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with a business analyst in processing research results.
- Contribute to improving digital services within the education domain.
