1033: TGA Engineer (m/f/d) - for nationwide assignments

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a freelance TGA Engineer (m/f/d) with strong technology affinity and experience in technical building equipment. You will support the project team on the planning side and ideally have an interest in innovative technologies and the use of artificial intelligence in the planning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting technical surveys of all relevant systems and components of cost groups KG 300 and KG 400
• Digital recording and documentation of existing data using a provided app solution
• Assessment of the structural and technical condition of individual trades based on a given rating system on a scale of 1 to 5
• Creation of well-founded cost estimates for necessary repair measures and transfer of results into structured repair planning
• Close coordination and cooperation with the project team as well as relevant internal and external project stakeholders

• You have completed training or a degree in building technology, technical building equipment (TGA), facility management, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in technical site inspections, building surveys, or technical condition surveys.
• You have a good understanding of technical systems, structural components, and relevant standards and technical specifications.
• You have experience with BIM and are familiar with digital planning and building models.
• You have knowledge of the IFC 4 standard
• You are technology-savvy, open to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in a technical environment, and willing to use AI-supported tools to assist your work.
• You work carefully, systematically, and reliably, and are characterized by an independent way of working.
• You are willing to undertake nationwide assignments.
• Location: Munich, willingness for nationwide assignments
• Workload: Full-time
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: At least 6 months, with an option for extension if mutually interested
• Contract Type: Freelance activity
