For our client in the field of railway infrastructure and track construction, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f) in track construction / superstructure to support the management and execution of ongoing and future construction projects.

• Independent construction management and coordination of projects in classic track construction / superstructure
• Organization, control, and monitoring of construction site processes
• Coordination of subcontractors and involved trades
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordination with clients, project participants, and internal teams
• Several years of sound professional experience as a Construction Manager in track construction / superstructure
• Sound knowledge in classic track construction as well as independent construction site execution
• Experience in the independent management of track construction projects
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and directives in track construction, ideally DB guidelines and VOB
• Organizational skills, assertiveness, and independent working style
• Willingness to travel for assignments at changing construction sites in NRW and surrounding areas
• Start: Flexible by arrangement and availability, start possible between November 2026 and January 2027 at the latest
• Duration: At least 6 months, with option for extension
• Utilization: 100%
• Location: Changing construction sites in NRW and surrounding areas, predominantly on-site
