We are looking for an experienced freelance Construction Manager / Cost Estimator (m/f/d) for our client in the Würzburg region to independently manage and invoice construction projects in civil and structural engineering.

• Preparation, coordination, and execution of construction projects in civil and structural engineering
• Independent creation and verification of construction invoices
• Management and control of deployed employees and coordination of subcontractors
• Monitoring and control of the construction process regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Coordination with clients, project participants, and subcontractors
• Completed studies in civil engineering, a commercial vocational training, or a qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
• Experience in construction management and invoicing of civil and/or structural engineering projects
• Knowledge in construction invoicing and dealing with subcontractors
• Cost-conscious, structured, and quality-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and assertiveness
• Confident and professional demeanor towards clients
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Start: January 2027
• Period: 6 months with option for extension
