Job description
The client is looking for a freelance GRC Program Manager to oversee SAP GRC initiatives, coordinate audits, and manage risks. The role requires experience in SAP GRC, IT compliance, and information security, with a remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities
+ Take responsibility for the implementation of SAP GRC initiatives, manage schedules, and ensure compliance requirements are met on time
+ Coordinate internal and external audits, collect evidence, support control owners, and successfully implement measures
+ Further develop SAP governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and sustainably secure regulatory requirements
+ Assess SAP, IT, and third-party risks, maintain risk registers, and track measures for risk mitigation
+ Optimize SAP GRC processes and tools, especially in the areas of audit, authorization, and risk management
+ Create management-level reports, KPIs, and risk metrics, and prepare complex compliance topics in an understandable way

Requirements
+ Experience in managing and successfully implementing cross-functional projects and in stakeholder management between IT and business departments
+ Experience in leading and supporting audits in the SAP environment (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) from planning to successful completion
+ Practical experience in SAP GRC, IT compliance, and information security, especially in the areas of risk analysis, audits, policy management, and measure tracking
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and common governance, risk, and compliance requirements
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational measures and to engage different stakeholders in a target-group-oriented manner
+ Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
