• Participation in the development and validation of certification offers for complex customer environments
• Conducting technical audit reviews and making certification decisions
• Defining and carrying out regulatory and technological monitoring of standards for the certification of management systems
• Responsibility for the further development of proposed reference frameworks, the technical development and qualification of auditors
• Further development of our service portfolio, a complete and ongoing analysis of economic interest, induced investments, competencies mastered and to be acquired, as well as resources to be mobilized for the launch of a service, e.g. on ISO 42001
• Leading technical training during the onboarding of new employees and creating an annual training plan for sales, auditor, and operations staff.
• Fulfillment of compliance obligations according to international rules and accreditations, participation in assessments by external and internal organizations and follow-up audit activities (e.g. DAkkS, response to non-conformities and associated action plans)
• Conducting certification audits

Requirements

 Information security for network operators according to §11 para. 1a EnWG

 Information security for energy producers according to §11 para. 1b EnWG

 SzA (Systems for Attack Detection)

• Several years of experience in the management and implementation of an efficient and structured organization.
• Relevant degree in Information Technologies according to DQR 6
• Certified Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001 (minimum 5 days) incl. update training on ISO/IEC 27001:2022
• Minimum of four years of full-time professional experience in Information Technology and the Energy sector, with at least two years in a role or function related to Information Security
• Optional: Appointment as an Auditor
• Optional: Professional experience with a Certification Body (CB)
• Professional experience with DAkkS and ISO/IEC 17021
• Professional experience in the energy industry (e.g., distribution or generation)
• Knowledge of office automation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in the KRITIS sector and NIS-2
