Job Description
As an ISMS Implementation Specialist, you will support the organization in further professionalizing, updating, and completing the existing ISMS. You will work closely with the CISO, process owners, system owners, HRM, and other stakeholders to systematically record and keep up-to-date processes, risks, control measures, and evidence.
Assignment Description and Background
The municipality strives for demonstrable compliance with BIO2 and ISO 27001. To this end, documentation, processes, risk analyses, control measures, and registrations must be current and complete within the existing ISMS. The assignment primarily focuses on the I&A and HRM domains, with other organizational units potentially being involved to achieve a complete and demonstrable setup of the information security management system.
Activities
- Inventorying, describing, and updating processes, systems, and control measures.
- Supporting the creation, updating, and management of policy documents, procedures, and work instructions.
- Performing, recording, and updating risk analyses.
- Documenting and substantiating BIO2 and ISO 27001 measures.
- Managing risk registers, exception registrations, and improvement measures.
- Recording actions resulting from risk analyses, audits, and management decisions.
- Coordinating information requests from process owners and other stakeholders.
- Result of the assignment
- An up-to-date, structured, and mature ISMS.
- Fully described and substantiated BIO2 and ISO 27001 measures.
- Updated risk registers and improvement actions.
