The role involves managing construction, infrastructure, and development projects, including stakeholder management and coordination with authorities.

- Responsibility for complex plant and site development projects within the growth initiative
- Management of construction, infrastructure, and development projects from conception to realization
- Translation of strategic requirements into concrete site, building, and infrastructure measures
- Management of external planning and execution partners
- Interface management between departments, users, authorities, and service providers
- Support for approval and coordination processes
- Project management across all relevant service phases (ideally phases 0 to 4 and beyond)
- Further development of existing sites and establishment of new infrastructure capacities
- Support for investment and development projects in the area of critical infrastructure

- Several years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager in construction, real estate, plant development, or infrastructure
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex construction and development projects
- Experience with industrial, production, or special buildings
- Very good knowledge of project management, owner representation, and stakeholder management
- Experience dealing with authorities and approval processes
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (HOAI, BImSchG etc.)
- Experience in managing external service providers and general planners
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness for security screening (at least Ü2 capable)
- Experience in the field of critical infrastructure is an advantage
