SAP PM Consultant, S/4HANA Project

Project overview

Our client operates the electricity transmission network in the north and east of Germany and is expanding it as needed for the energy transition. The company is a leader in the secure integration of renewable energies and a technology leader in the international energy supply market with a turnover of €2 billion, an EBIT of €750 million, and a strong commitment to renewable energies. As an SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for tracking key project activities, including administrative elements, in connection with a complex technical SAP introduction.

The Belgian parent company operates an S/4 Hana landscape, and the German entity is to migrate to S/4 Hana. Our client operates the SAP PM module in a highly integrated manner and across the entire lifecycle. This complex system usage must be transferred to the new S/4 system.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, execution, and documentation of regular workshops in German and English
• Definition and documentation of migration rules for both master and transactional data (together with the business departments)
• Testing and documentation of the migration and the newly introduced processes
• Advising the Asset Stream Lead during the S/4 project
• Creation of training materials and execution of user training
• Overall responsibility for status reports, problem tracking, and project communication
• Creation of integrated project plans in connection with the introduction of new SAP systems
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of the products created in the project
• Integration of schedules and processes for project completion

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of SAP EAM / PM (SAP ECC & S/4) in general
• Knowledge in dispatching and mobile solutions with at least 3 years of experience in comparable projects
• Professional knowledge in the use of MS Office tools, e.g., MS Excel with multiple worksheets, data filters, functions, pivot tables
• Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management training course is desirable
• Very good German and English skills required (C1 or comparable). Project language is English and German
