We are looking for a freelance PMO professional to support the introduction of SAP S/4HANA. The role involves managing external service providers, coordinating project meetings, maintaining project documentation, and handling planning and reporting.

- Service provider management: Formulate orders to the external project management of the implementation service provider with results, deadlines, and verification criteria; track implementation, deliveries, and milestones; prepare internal acceptances
- Office of project management: Preparation and follow-up of steering meetings, specialist committees, and steering committees, including minutes and action tracking
- Maintain project registers (decisions, actions, risks, changes)
- Planning and reporting: integrated gate plan, weekly deviation and capacity forecast, monthly final cost forecast and supplier overview
- Track quality gates and specialist concept approvals
- Escalation management and support in establishing PMO standards, templates, and project documentation

- Several years of experience as PMO in SAP introduction projects, ideally S/4HANA
- Confident use of common PM methods (classic/hybrid, e.g., SAP Activate) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Fluent German language skills
