Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage the company-wide CRA program

+ Analyze the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act and translate them into technical and organizational measures

+ Coordinate development, product management, quality, compliance, and security teams

+ Conduct gap analyses of existing products regarding CRA conformity

+ Manage external partners, auditors, and certification bodies

+ Define and monitor relevant KPIs and regularly report to management and executive board

+ Support product areas with risk assessments and security-by-design approaches

+ Prepare and accompany conformity assessments according to CRA and related standards and guidelines
