Job description
We are looking for an experienced Application Manager with strong SAP FI and S/4HANA transformation skills for a freelance role. The position involves managing complex FI data migrations and ensuring data consistency.
Responsibilities
+ Profound knowledge in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), in the areas of General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable Accounting (FI-AR), Accounts Payable Accounting (FI-AP), and Asset Accounting (FI-AA), as well as a high degree of integration knowledge with CO, MM, SD, PS, and other adjacent modules.
+ Comprehensive experience in S/4HANA transformations, especially practical experience in the conception, preparation, and execution of complex FI data migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
+ Practical experience and consulting expertise in the conception of FI migration solutions for master and transactional data (e.g., G/L accounts, business partners, assets, open items, balances, and relevant financial documents) considering high data volumes, complex posting structures, and multi-digit million amounts.
+ Profound knowledge of FI-specific migration requirements, especially regarding data mapping and ensuring data consistency.
+ Demonstrable implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (DMC), including data extraction, transformation, validation, test migrations, and productive data takeover.
+ Demonstrable problem-solving skills for migration errors in the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (DMC).
+ Experience in planning and executing migration and reconciliation activities, especially in ensuring the complete and correct takeover of financial data and in carrying out cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
