• Overall responsibility for large SAP S/4HANA programs across all SAP Activate phases
• Management of scope, time, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies in complex S/4HANA template and global rollout projects
• Trustful collaboration with C-level stakeholders, program sponsors, and steering committees in national and international setups and active expectation and escalation management
• Coaching and mentoring of project managers and consultants as a stabilizing leader and sparring partner
• Contribution to the further development of our SAP portfolio, delivery standards, industrialized and AI-supported project implementation, and bid management

• High resilience, conflict resolution skills, and understanding of project metrics, profitability, and contract logic
• Very good German and English skills and project-related travel to the USA
