- Regular coordination with the project manager and passing on relevant information on construction progress
- Supporting the project manager as their extended arm on-site
- Ensuring professional and planned implementation of work in HVAC and electrical engineering

- Several years of professional experience in site management, construction site coordination, or technical project execution
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
- Sound knowledge of workflows and execution techniques in HVAC and building technology
- Ability to communicate at an equal level with technicians and executing trades
- Experience in monitoring and quality control of construction execution
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability for close coordination with the project manager
