Job description
We are seeking a Building Services Technician with a focus on electrical systems to perform maintenance, repairs, and minor installations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and documenting work, as well as managing customer relations and external service providers.

- Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of building services systems
- Carrying out minor installations in the electrical field
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and upkeep work
- Monitoring of orders regarding costs and deadlines
- Support and communication with customers, building users, and internal contacts
- Coordination of external service providers as well as procurement of services and materials
- Documentation of executed work and maintenance of technical system data
- Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and process specifications
- Vocational training in the field of Electrical Engineering EFZ or Automation EFZ
- Sound experience in the operation, installation, and maintenance of building services systems
- Good technical knowledge in the field of building services
- Confident use of PC applications and standard measuring devices
- Teamwork skills as well as a customer- and service-oriented approach to work
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, keeping an eye on costs, deadlines, and customer requirements
