Job description
The role involves qualifying and developing suppliers regarding quality requirements and process capability, as well as continuously monitoring and evaluating existing suppliers. The position requires conducting supplier assessments, deriving and tracking improvement measures, and ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities

+ Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and monitoring of existing suppliers
+ Conducting supplier assessments and deriving and tracking improvement measures
+ Establishment, coordination, and further development of quality guidelines, test concepts, and quality-relevant documents together with internal specialist departments
+ Definition and coordination of test characteristics and quality requirements in cooperation with development and design
+ Organization, preparation, and leadership of supplier acceptances (FATs) as well as documentation of the results
+ Support with complaints and root cause analyses in cooperation with suppliers and internal specialist departments
+ Ensuring compliance with quality standards along the supply chain
+ Participation in the continuous improvement of quality processes and supplier performance

Requirements
