Requirements

+ min. 3-5 years of experience as an administrator for Cisco UC (Telephony)

+ very good knowledge of the components Cisco Unified CM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Webex Calling, Webex Messaging, and Webex Meetings

+ High sense of responsibility

+ Strong communication skills (also towards the end customer)

+ very good knowledge in the areas of Voice over IP, SIP, routing, switching, QoS, and network fundamentals

+ very good German language skills in speaking and writing
