About the Opportunity
Skillfinder International is currently recruiting for an experienced Transfer Agency Project Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation in Luxembourg on a rolling contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within an international fund services environment, leading projects across fund launches, client migrations, operational transformation and Transfer Agency implementations.

- Lead end-to-end Transfer Agency projects, including fund, sub-fund and share class launches, fund migrations and client onboarding.
- Coordinate across multiple departments, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other operational teams.
- Manage fund restructuring activities, including mergers, liquidations and changes to existing fund structures.
- Review fund documentation, including prospectuses, articles of incorporation and application forms.
- Develop and implement Transfer Agency operating models to support new clients and evolving business requirements.
- Oversee fund setups, system configuration, testing and successful implementation into production.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Support operational readiness, process improvements and training of business teams.
- Proven Project Management experience within Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
- Fluent German (desirable) and English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of fund launches, migrations, client onboarding and Transfer Agency operational processes.
- Experience with Luxembourg investment fund structures, including UCITS, SIFs, RAIFs and alternative investment funds.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Multifonds Transfer Agency (MFTA).
- Knowledge of retrocessions and trailer fees.
- Experience across TA dealing, registration, AML and cash operations.
- Technical understanding of system migrations, testing and advanced Excel.
