• The environment is by no means quiet, but rather very dynamic and therefore sometimes stressful. This should be realistically planned, as short-term requirements and priority changes are part of the daily business.
• Since a large part of the Subject Matter Experts (e.g., network administrators) are located globally, we consciously need an operationally strong role in this environment that provides local support and effectively covers this interface.
