Responsibilities

For a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent management and administration of pension fund mandates in the area of occupational benefits (2nd pillar).

The focus of this position is on supporting clients in Ticino. Therefore, very good Italian language skills are essential.

• Independent management and support of pension fund mandates
• Processing of all day-to-day business in the actuarial and administrative management of autonomous pension funds
• Processing of entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, early withdrawals for home ownership, divorces, retirements, as well as death and disability cases
• Performing benefit and contribution calculations
• Pension management and contribution collection
• Telephone and written support for insured persons
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects and working groups

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in occupational benefits (2nd pillar)
• Sound experience in supporting autonomous pension funds
• Experience in the independent management of complex mandates
• Very good written and spoken German and Italian skills
• Independent and precise way of working
• Certificate in Pension Fund Management or comparable further education (advantageous)
• Experience in supporting Italian-speaking clients (advantageous)
• Workload: 100%
