IT Service Technician (m/f/d) – Onsite Second Level Support in Hechingen

Project overview

For a long-term customer project in Hechingen, we are looking for a freelancer to support IT Second Level Support.

Responsibilities

Processing and documentation of incidents and service requests

Analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems in the client environment

Support for users with technical questions

Setup, configuration, and replacement of PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices

Support of Windows clients and assistance with network and connection problems

Escalation of more complex issues to downstream support units

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience in IT support or a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification

Very good German language skills at C2 level

Independent, service-oriented, and reliable way of working

We preferably seek individuals residing in Hechingen or the surrounding region
