Responsibilities
For a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent supervision and administration of pension fund mandates in the area of occupational benefits (2nd pillar).
The focus of this position is on the supervision and administration of 1e collective foundations. Corresponding practical experience is mandatory.
- Independent management and supervision of pension fund mandates
- Administration of 1e collective foundations
- Processing of all day-to-day business in technical and administrative management
- Processing of entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, WEF withdrawals, divorces, retirements, and death and disability cases
- Performing benefit and contribution calculations
- Support of insured persons as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Participation in projects and working groups
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in occupational benefits (2nd pillar)
- Sound experience in the supervision of autonomous pension funds
- Mandatory experience in the administration of 1e collective foundations
- Experience in the independent management of complex mandates
- Very good German language skills
- Good to very good English language skills
- Independent and precise way of working
- Certificate in Pension Fund Management or comparable further education
- Workload: 100%
