Hello,

we are looking for 4x Network Engineers (m/f/d):

Responsibilities

• Planning and further development of the network architecture for a private cloud/datacenter environment.
• Creation and maintenance of low-level designs for network fabric, security zoning, and boundary components.
• Implementation and operation of Cisco ACI (APIC/Nexus 9000), Core/External/OOB Switching, and VMware NSX.
• Setup and implementation of multi-tenant security zonings including WAN VRF, Palo Alto Firewall, NSX Overlay, and Client VLANs.
• Configuration and management of security policies via Palo Alto Panorama.
• Development and implementation of network automation with Ansible and GitLab CI, especially for ACI, firewall rules, and load balancing.
• Integration of network and security monitoring, including packet forwarding and SIEM connection.
• Execution of implementations, cutovers, acceptance tests, and handovers to operations.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and as-built documents.
• Working according to a consistent Infrastructure-as-Code/GitOps approach.

Framework Conditions:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Datacenter Networking.
• Sound practical experience with Cisco ACI or comparable EVPN/VXLAN fabric technologies.
• Very good knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama.
• Confident handling of eBGP, OSPF, Multi-VRF architectures, and Out-of-Band Management.
• Practical experience with Ansible and Git-based automation and deployment processes.
• Experience with network/security automation via APIs, ideally ACI and Panorama APIs.
• Knowledge of VMware NSX, especially overlay networking, Tier-0/Tier-1, VRF, and Distributed Firewall, is an advantage.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab CI, and GitOps is desirable.
• Understanding of network security, monitoring, logging, and SIEM integration.
• Structured and quality-oriented way of working with experience in code reviews, automated tests, and technical documentation.
• Professional English skills at least C1 level.
• Working language: professional English at C1 level or higher
• German or Dutch are a plus.
