• Definition of test strategy, test levels, entry/exit criteria, environments, test data, and reporting.
• Planning and control of functional, integration, regression, performance, resilience, and UAT.
• Building risk-based coverage along end-to-end payment flows and interfaces.
• Leading defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality releases.
• Coordination of business departments, engineering, operations, external providers, and acceptance teams.
• Establishment of key figures for coverage, automation, defect leakage, and release readiness.
• Many years of QA responsibility in payment or core banking programs.
• Very good knowledge of ISO 20022, clearing and settlement processes, exceptions, and reconciliation.
• Experience with test management tools, defect management, test data, and environment control.
• Knowledge of non-functional tests for availability, performance, and recovery.
• Proven test leadership in at least one PPI-TRAVIC-Payment-Hub implementation or migration.
• Ability to translate TRAVIC processing steps, configurations, interfaces, and error paths into a complete coverage model.
• Experience with regression across product releases, configuration changes, and scheme adjustments.
• ISTQB Test Manager or comparable certification.
• Experience with Service Virtualization, synthetic test data, and CI/CD test gates.
• Knowledge of AML, Sanctions, and regulatory proof requirements.
• Test strategy, Master Test Plan, and coverage model.
• Test calendar, environment/data plan, and quality dashboard.
• Defect governance and release readiness recommendation.
• Acceptance and evidence package per release.
• References with test scope, team size, test levels, and results.
• Concrete TRAVIC test cases and responsible quality gates.
• Proof of automation and quality key figures.
