Project overview

For our client in the telecommunications industry, we are currently looking for two manual testers.

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparation, and independent execution of manual software tests
• Execution of blackbox tests as well as acceptance and functional tests
• Testing of e-commerce applications, especially shop and CRM systems
• Verification of order processes and sales-relevant workflows in the broadband environment
• Execution of tests within sales and marketing campaigns
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation as well as regular test reporting
• Documentation, tracking, and evaluation of test results and errors
• Independent organization and coordination of test activities
• Prospective assumption of more complex test scenarios and test processes

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in manual software testing
• Sound knowledge in the execution of blackbox tests and acceptance tests
• Experience in the telecommunications environment (Telco), ideally in the broadband sector
• Experience with shop and CRM systems as well as digital ordering and sales processes is an advantage
• Confident handling of JIRA and XRay is desirable
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Strong quality awareness as well as analytical and process-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
