Accounting and Control Consultant - Finance Project Coordination

As part of transformation and electronic invoicing projects, an asset management player is looking for a consultant to strengthen its accounting team.

The mission combines operational project coordination with maintaining current accounting control and reporting activities, in support of the team leader.

Profile Sought

Target experience of 3 to 6 years, with operational experience in accounting, accounting control, or financial reporting.

• Contribute to project coordination: centralize contributions, track deadlines and task progress, update and disseminate monitoring indicators.
• Ensure the continuity of accounting control statements and cross-functional reporting usually produced by the team leader.
• Contribute to the finalization and monitoring of the 2026/2027 action plans aimed at correcting and improving accounting processes.
• Act as a liaison between the manager and the team on accounting production matters: monitor indicators, identify difficulties, and support the resolution of blockages.
• Contribute to responses to ad-hoc requests from statutory auditors and control teams.
• Regularly inform the manager of the progress of work, difficulties encountered, and points requiring arbitration.
• Mastery of general accounting and financial reporting.
• Mastery of English.
• Project management experience: coordination of contributions, tracking actions, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to analyze accounting data, perform controls, and identify anomalies.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the asset management environment.
• Participation in Finance transformation projects, entity integration, or electronic invoicing.
