Active Directory Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud

Project overview

Context

Ensure the activities below for all Information Systems, under the responsibility of the Collaborator Platform management, in France and abroad across more than 30 sites and for nearly 120,000 users:

The service will be provided within the Directory Service (27 people), which is divided into 3 parts: Active Directory Infrastructure, Active Directory Compliance, and Directory Synchronization Cloud.

They are responsible for the administration and security of security directory infrastructures:

Missions

The candidate will work on the management of identities synchronized to the various CLOUDs, the various Cloud and On-premise synchronization engines, and the security of CLOUD infrastructures (Microsoft and Google):

Provide expertise while ensuring advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts on the infrastructures under their responsibility.

Conduct technological watch.

Intervene directly on all or part of a project within their area of expertise and participate in studies of the general infrastructure, its evolution, and its qualification.

Ensure the engineering of installation and configuration of simple or complex technical platforms. Coordinate, if necessary, the various technical stakeholders involved in the installation process ("Build").

Ensure the smooth operation of the information system by considering infrastructure availability, incident correction, and the Operational Maintenance of these Infrastructures with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.

Perform technical design for the implementation of their infrastructures or products.

Participate in studies to define the infrastructures necessary for project needs and the Operational Maintenance of the Infrastructures.

Propose solutions to improve the performance of systems or platforms.

Act as the interface with experts in other domains.

Define methods, tools, and qualify the implementation of protocols and hardware.

Verify the application of standards (IT security, quality...).

Conduct technological watch and prospective evaluation on products.

Perform the installation of infrastructures ("Build"), configuration, and validation of infrastructure components.

Perform diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunctions and propose corrections and workarounds.

Ensure the operation of technical components and participate in their capacity planning ("Run").

Define and implement good management and exploitability rules for systems or products and qualify them from a technical point of view.
