We are looking for a profile willing to be employed for the duration of the mission only.

Context

Our client is looking for an experienced Actuary Manager to strengthen its actuarial teams for IFRS 17 and Collective Pensions.

The mission combines actuarial production, detailed analysis of results, and preparation of necessary elements for the Liability Management Committee (CLM).

The consultant must be able to go beyond technical production to analyze movements, explain variances, and present results concisely to business stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Ensure IFRS 17 actuarial production for the Collective Pensions scope.
• Analyze movements and changes in actuarial results.
• Reconcile expected and actual results.
• Analyze technical results and explain observed variances.
• Prepare work for the Liability Management Committee (CLM).
• Develop materials for the CLM.
• Produce resistance tests / stress tests, particularly within the framework of RP43 exercises.
• Prepare presentation materials for Business Units.
• Analyze and synthesize results to highlight key elements useful for decision-making.
• Present and explain results to business stakeholders and decision-makers.
• IFRS 17 expertise.
• Proficiency in NEMO.
• Proficiency in technical result analysis.
• Proficiency in actuarial movement analysis.
• Experience in conducting stress tests.
• Ability to reconcile expected results with actual results.
• Ability to identify and explain actuarial variances.
• Ability to produce executive analysis and presentation materials.
• IFRS 17 expertise specifically applied to the Collective Pensions scope.
• Confirmed actuary ideally with 8 to 15 years of experience.
• Experienced technical profile with a quasi-managerial position.
• Solid expertise in IFRS 17.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to take a step back from results and provide a business perspective.
• Ability to transform complex actuarial results into understandable and actionable information for decision-makers.
• Ease in communicating with high-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
