Seeking two individuals to manage addendum offers, analyze construction contracts, and prepare/participate in negotiations for a reputable company. This role offers a remote work possibility.

Responsibilities
Profile
- Review and evaluation of addendum offers regarding scope of services, quantities, prices, and calculations
- Analysis of construction contracts, original calculations, as well as disruption and addendum claims
- Preparation of addendum reviews, addendum agreements, quantity surveys, and memos
- Preparation for and participation in addendum negotiations, meetings, and site visits
- Minute-taking as well as documentation and follow-up of negotiation results
- Creation and processing of GAEB files (D81, D84, D86)
- Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Sound experience in addendum processing, construction contract management, or claim management
- Very good knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/B, BGB) and public construction
- Experience in infrastructure, road, bridge, or civil engineering construction
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally GAEB applications
