Role: Senior Media Sales/Ads Specialist / Account Executive
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) | Location: London (Hybrid)

- True Boardroom Influence: Translate complex media data into metrics finance leaders care about-unit economics, payback windows, LTV:CAC, and net contribution margin.
- Algorithmic & AI Mastery: Steer enterprise spend using next-gen automation, Performance Max (PMax), advanced smart bidding, and programmatic video ecosystems.
- Leading the Post-Cookie Era: Architect high-impact tracking strategies around first-party data, Server-Side Tagging (CAPI), and gold-standard incrementality testing.
- Zero Bureaucracy, Full Autonomy: Lead an internal virtual team of analytical leads and solution engineers to close and scale 7-figure Joint Business Plans.
- You have 8+ years across platform ad sales, digital holding agency leadership (e.g., Publicis, WPP, Omnicom), or high-velocity B2B performance marketing.
- You know how to prove incremental uplift rather than relying on last-click attribution.
- You want the autonomy of a senior individual contributor (L5) navigating complex, high-spend enterprise brands.
