- Manage the entire incident process, from reporting to closure, with accurate recording.
- Investigate the cause and impact of incidents together with the business and advise on structural improvements.
- Prepare clear reports on trends and incidents for the board, management, and clients.
- Increase risk awareness within the organization and periodically adjust the incident policy and process.
- Guide and coach fellow incident managers within the Integrity Office.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Practical experience in analyzing, coordinating, and handling business incidents
- Fluent command of the Dutch language in word and writing
- Analytical ability and eye for detail
- Assertive and constructive attitude
- Stress resistance and ability to set priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Affinity with coaching and guiding colleagues
