Job description
Lead the implementation of data-driven asset management according to the 4-Phase Plan, focusing on collaboration, planning, and information needs.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on guiding the implementation of data-driven asset management at Rijkswaterstaat according to the 4-Phase Plan.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Lead the collaboration between regions, PPO, and contractors to go through the steps of the 4-Phase Plan
- Develop an actionable plan of approach per asset with scope, planning, dependencies, and decision points
- Utilize knowledge of asset management and maintenance engineering when mapping information needs
- Record information needs based on a Deep Dive and Failure Analysis
- Guide the development of the DGAM dashboards based on the established information needs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business administration field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in senior project or program management
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering
- 10 years of experience with IT systems and databases, including BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAS Viya and EAM systems such as Maximo, Ultimo, or SAP PM
- Experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
