Project overview

As an advisor, you play a key role in the task of reception and housing locations in the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising the mayor, aldermen, and management on public order and safety aspects of reception and housing locations
• Drafting administrative advice, risk analyses, and action perspectives
• Identifying risks in the area of safety and society, and converting them into suitable measures
• Coordinating municipal efforts on safety issues and monitoring the connection between policy, execution, and administration
• Collaborating with chain partners such as the police, Safety Region, COA, housing corporations, and care and welfare organizations
• Advising on participation and environmental processes from a safety perspective
• Advising on incidents and social unrest and evaluating incidents for policy and execution
• Political-administrative sensitivity
• Proven knowledge of public order and safety, and insight into the functioning of the local and regional crisis organization
• Knowledge of reception, migration, and housing issues for special target groups
• Strong advisory and management skills
• Environmental awareness and organizational sensitivity
• Sense of functioning within an administratively and socially sensitive context
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Stress resistance and decisiveness
• HBO work and thinking level
