- Support for specialist departments in structuring and technically penetrating topics
- Creation of project documents, project documentation, and securing results
- Conception, preparation, execution, and follow-up, and securing results of on-site workshops
- Preparation and reporting for communication in the project environment, including to management
- in program and portfolio management (IT architecture, IT portfolio, project and strategy management)
- Moderation and visualization techniques for process transformation and optimization
