Project overview

For our client, I am looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/d) AI Enablement remote.

As part of the "AI Office", within the ART „Data4Quality – Analytics Solutions“, DB plans to advance the use and adoption of AI in InfraGo. This involves identifying, prioritizing, and testing use cases based on generative Artificial Intelligence, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), to sustainably improve productivity and quality in administrative and (software) development processes. The Enablement division is responsible for fostering company-wide AI competence through learning and exchange formats, tools, and resources.

• Conducting project-related, exploratory AI enablement formats to identify optimization and automation potentials
• Deriving potential business opportunities through targeted identification of AI use cases and potentials
• Using suitable statistical and machine learning methods as well as AI tools (Coding Assistants / AI assistance tools) for data analysis
• Conception and prototypical development of (AI) models for data analysis and prediction
• Conception and creation of data visualizations and reports
• Conception and prototypical design of dashboards and interactive analysis interfaces for business departments
• Conception of guidelines, documentation, and best practice repositories for the use of AI tools
• Technical conception of prompting approaches and prompt libraries
• Consulting on the selection of suitable modeling methods, algorithms, and metrics, as well as AI tools and coding assistants
• Technical consulting for internal IT/business experts on the use of (generative and agentic) AI
• Documentation of analysis processes, method decisions, and model results, and enablement measures

• Experience in the conception and execution of AI enablement programs in a corporate environment (>10,000 employees, 3 years) for the application of generative/agentic AI tools (M365 Copi, Kiro) in the work context; number of references 3
• Proven experience in the application and teaching of prompt engineering methods for generative AI tools in a corporate context for over 3 years; number of references 3
• Strong knowledge/experience regarding the variety of methods for knowledge transfer (blended learning, community formats) and support of change processes in the IT environment within large corporations (>10,000 employees, 3 project references); experience level in years Senior (> 5 years experience)
• Experience in needs/requirements analysis, prioritization, and translation of business and technical needs into suitable AI enablement measures; number of references 3
• Proven experience and in-depth technical understanding (functionality, use cases, limitations, best practices) of current AI tools in a corporate context, especially M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and comparable AI assistants; number of references 3

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content understandably and motivatingly to various stakeholder groups, from technical experts to C-level decision-makers; experience level in years; Senior (> 5 years experience)
• Experience in feedback and evaluation methods (NPS, maturity assessment, KPI-based impact measurement); number of references 3 20%
• Good knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven experience in collaboration in cross-functional teams of developers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders; experience level in years Senior (> 5 years experience)
