Part-time IT Project Manager (m/f/d) – SAP IAM Governance & Rollout; Nearshore possible.

• Project Management: Self-organized management of scope, time, and budget in coordination with stakeholders.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identification of critical paths, proactive risk management, and derivation of control measures.
• Reporting & Transparency: Preparation and presentation of meaningful status reports, decision proposals, and project artifacts for project managers.
• Tool Design: Operational project management and configuration of collaboration and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Planner, SharePoint).
• Project-related evidence: Please list the required must-have and should-have criteria directly as concrete activities in your respective project stations (e.g., "Implementation of X with Y" instead of pure skill lists).
• Many years of IT project management (> 7 years, Principal Level): Demonstrable experience in managing complex IT projects with a total budget of at least * € and multiple sub-projects (min. 2 verifiable references in the role of PL/TPL required).
• Industry experience (> 5 years): Several years of project experience in the environment of railway transport or mobility companies.
• Method Certification: Valid certificate according to PMI (PMP/PgMP) or IPMA (Level B/C) mandatory.
• Jira & Confluence (> 5 years): Demonstrable experience in project management as well as in the configuration of Jira environments (workflows, boards, fields).
• Language skills: German C2.

• Practical experience with large-scale IT rollouts.
• Exposure to IAM tools such as Xiting (Security Architect).

Compensation: €600 – €700 / day (all-in, net)

Your Role & Project Context

The IAM@SAP project standardizes and consolidates identity and authorization management for core SAP systems across the group. The goal is to establish audit-proof authorization structures, integrate governance requirements into group minimum requirements, and incorporate specialized tools (including Xiting, DeBI-SAP-Connector). The approach follows classic methodology (Waterfall).
