Job description
Seeking a Senior IAM Specialist to design processes for digital identities and develop a role and authorization model for a municipal utility group in NRW. The role involves analyzing existing structures, conceptualizing identity lifecycle processes, and supporting tool integration.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing processes and authorization structures for identity management
- Conception of processes for the lifecycle of digital identities, including joiner, mover, and leaver
- Development and structuring of a role and authorization model for the corporate group
- Definition of processes for granting, changing, and recertifying access rights
- Support in integrating applications and introducing the tool solution
- Creation of functional concepts and process documentation in the IAM environment
- Development of test cases based on process descriptions and requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in authorization management or Identity and Access Management
- Proven experience in complex IT projects with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience in developing role and authorization models and in conceptualizing recertification processes
- Confident in capturing and documenting processes for the identity lifecycle
- Experience in connecting applications to a central IAM solution
- Proficient in moderation, committee work, and documentation
- German language skills, written and spoken, at least C2 level
