Context:

As part of its digital transformation and the acceleration of its Data & AI strategy, a major banking group is looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in agentic AI to lead the industrialization of its artificial intelligence platform at the group level.

You will join a transverse center of expertise dedicated to innovation, the development of technological solutions, and the design of innovative AI products, from pilot projects to operational solutions.

The major challenge of the mission is to coordinate the industrialization of the agentic AI plan across multiple entities, ensuring the proper coordination of technical teams, security validations, solution deployment, and adherence to schedules.

Main Missions:

Technical Environment:

• Lead the industrialization of the agentic AI platform and coordinate the various teams involved in its group-wide implementation.
• Support security validations and the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring coordination between technical teams and different entities.
• Manage schedules and track progress, identify difficulties encountered, and contribute to their resolution.
• Prepare and lead steering committees and technical meetings: planning, preparation of materials, facilitation of discussions, and writing of minutes for teams and management.
• Lead a community around agentic AI, foster exchanges between different stakeholders, and support the collective dynamic of the program.
• Agentic AI: principles of agentic AI, group AI platform, AI solutions and products.
• IT Architecture: information system architectures, solution integration, technical industrialization challenges.
• Industrialization & Security: deployment of AI solutions, security validation, coordination of technical teams.
• Project Management & Governance: management of transverse programs, planning, committees, commitment tracking.
• Coordination & Communication: leading AI communities, multi-entity coordination, presentation materials, technical and management reports.
