As an Agile coach, you will guide teams at Justis in their growth towards an effective, agile way of working.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding teams in their further development towards a transparent, cohesive agile working method
- Using appropriate coaching techniques and learning interventions tailored to the team's needs
- Collaborating with Justis teams and IT suppliers on a solid agile structure
- Facilitating agile events such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Supporting employees in further developing their role within the team
- Sharing knowledge within the organization and establishing a Justis Way of Working
- Contributing to the lean design of IT portfolio management
- Certification Agile and/or Scrum and/or Prince
- Minimum completed HBO education
- Certified Scrummaster
- Proven experience in the role of agile coach within an agile IT environment
- Familiarity with agile collaboration and project management tools, for example Jira and/or Confluence
