Agile Coach

Project overview

We are looking for an Agile Coach for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

Mission Context:

The Santé+ program is a strategic transformation program for the individual health insurance domain.

Started in January 2026, it is part of a transformation trajectory until December 2031 with major challenges in modernization, improving customer experience, operational performance, and IT system evolution.

The program's organization is based on a structure of 4 tribes, themselves composed of several multidisciplinary squads bringing together business, product, IT teams, and partners.

The program relies on product mode principles, scaled agility, and the SAFe framework, adapted to the client's specificities. The maturity level of the tribes is heterogeneous: some teams already have significant experience in agility, while others are discovering Product and Agile approaches.

The client is looking for an experienced coach capable of sustainably supporting the Santé+ program teams in their maturity development in scaled product mode, while considering the Group's specific organizational, regulatory, and cultural constraints.

• the pragmatic implementation of Scrum and SAFe practices

• continuous improvement of the organization of tribes and squads
• preparing and facilitating large-scale steering events (PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt, etc.)
• Support the adoption of product mode principles by the tribes.
• Mandatory presence in Niort at least 2 days per week to be as close as possible to the tribes and squads.
• The third day of on-site presence can be carried out:
• successful experience in deploying product mode in large organizations
• demonstrated ability to adapt SAFe to the company's context rather than applying the framework normatively
• experience supporting multi-year transformations
• strong on-site presence and a coach posture serving the teams
• knowledge of the transformation challenges in large insurance groups.
