Agile Coach

Project overview

As an Agile Coach, you will support development teams within the domain of Prevention Programs and scaling for Public Health of the RIVM.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Facilitate Scrum events and resolve impediments, coaching teams in their agile development
• Prepare the quarterly PI event of the ART, in collaboration with other scrum masters
• Coach scrum masters within the ART in their professional development
• Advise management and guide the organization in increasing agile maturity
• Strengthen the environment in which teams operate together with Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Promote the agile mindset within the organization
• Working and thinking level at HBO/WO level, supplemented with extensive experience in guiding teams, product owners, scrum masters, stakeholders, and management within complex organizations
• Experience with organizations where development teams work agile while the business operates traditionally project-based
• Experience with simultaneously guiding multiple scrum teams in dynamic environments with organizational and subject-matter changes
• Experience with teams working with legacy systems and the transition to modern application portfolios
• Completed training or certificate as Agile Coach/Scrum Coach, preferably PSM I or equivalent
• Familiarity with and practical experience in the SAFe framework
• Experience in guiding teams through change processes
• Practical experience with preparing and executing quarterly planning (PI)
• Demonstrable affinity with software engineering and ICT custom solutions
