Agile Coaching and Process Optimization in IT Operations

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to design, implement, and continuously optimize processes in IT operations. You will work with Team Leads, Operations Managers, and People Managers to sustainably anchor agile working methods.

Your tasks include advising and coaching employees and managers on improving work organization and team collaboration. You will identify optimization potential, initiate improvement measures, and support them in everyday work. By moderating workshops and cross-departmental events, you will promote knowledge transfer and empower multipliers and managers to implement agile methods.

Furthermore, you will conduct regular success monitoring, hold feedback discussions, and derive measures to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration. Strategic exchange with IT management on further development and optimization potential completes your role.

We expect several years of project experience in introducing agile working methods in data center and IT operations environments. You bring expertise in process analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Your strengths lie in coaching teams and managers using the on-the-job principle, as well as in moderating workshops and large groups. You have the ability to identify and implement improvement potential and are proficient in agile methods and change processes in the IT environment.

The assignment is hybrid at the Cologne location.
