Project overview
Our consultancy client are currently looking for an experienced Agile PM to run a major software project in the defence sector. You will need a minimum of SC clearance (DV will also be considered) and be a sole British citizen with no visa free access to a foreign country.
As the PM you will be responsible for enabling successful delivery outcomes or an agile team with the role combining servant delivery, stakeholder management, planning, day to day management and agile ceremony facilitation. You will have proven experience of leading teams to deliver project on time and to budget working in a Scrum Master, Delivery manager or Project Manager capacity. You will have experience with using Agile Delivery management tooling such as Atlassian, Jira, Gitlab and Confluence and of managing risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Ideally you will have delivered similar projects into the MOD or government agencies and have worked as Scrum master previously in your role. Any Agile certs would be a distinct advantage as would any experience in AI and other cutting edge tech.
This role will require you to be onsite 3 days a week in Cheltenham with 1 day a week in Hereford and will be outside IR35
