Agile Transformation Coach

Responsibilities

Profile

• Support an ongoing transformation program in the sustainable implementation and anchoring of changes in the organization
• Support and sparring for program and sub-project managers on organizational and methodological issues
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and feedback formats
• Support teams and stakeholders through change processes, promoting acceptance and collaboration
• Support in prioritizing and addressing open topics, challenges, and obstacles
• Application of suitable change, moderation, and agile methods according to the respective situation and target group
• Moderation of diverse interests and support in challenging stakeholder situations
• Conduct regular reviews and reflection formats for continuous improvement of collaboration and implementation
• Review and need-based further development of existing change management approaches
• Neutral sparring partner for internal stakeholders and support in the sustainable anchoring of new ways of working
• Sound experience in change management, transformation coaching, or organizational development
• Experience in supporting change and transformation processes
• Confident handling of diverse stakeholders and interests
• Experience in advising and supporting managers, project leaders, and teams
• Knowledge of agile working methods and experience with workshops, reviews, and feedback rounds
• Very good communication and moderation skills, as well as an empathetic and positive demeanor
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
• Industry knowledge is not required
