In this context, we are looking for an AI Automation Specialist capable of supporting the various business teams in identifying, designing, and deploying automations integrating AI.
Your missions:
Process audit and optimization
Development and deployment of automations
Training and support for teams
- Analyze existing processes with the various business teams.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated.
- Prioritize use cases according to their operational impact and expected productivity gains.
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows integrating AI.
- Utilize AI assistants, LLM APIs, automation tools, and scripts as needed.
- Connect different business tools to streamline processes.
- Test and ensure the reliability of automations put into production.
- Guarantee compliance with data confidentiality and security rules.
- Train employees in the use of Claude, already deployed internally.
- Define best practices for AI use (prompts, shared projects, connectors).
- Support teams in adopting new workflows.
- Document the developed solutions to make teams autonomous in their use and evolution.
