Project overview
Our client are a global consultancy that are looking for a Senior AI Azure Engineer to join one of their banking clients on a Full time contract (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Key Skills:
- Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Networking: Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, securing, and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure, including Azure Networking, App Services, Function Apps, Application Gateway, and Storage Accounts.
- Cloud Security, Identity & Automation: Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management (IAM), authentication, cloud governance, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates), with Scripting and automation skills.
- Production Operations & AI Platform Support: Proven ability to monitor, optimise, and maintain production Azure environments for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency, collaborating with AI and application teams. Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, and CI/CD tools is an advantage.
Project details
- This position will be paying up to £605 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in central London office (No flexibility)
- Initial contract until the end of April next year, looking for immediate start
- Must have right to work in the the UK without needing sponsorship
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: London, UK, GB
- Rate: 76-76 EUR/h
